Description
“AlignmentHORSE” Total Immersion clinic with Liz VanRoss, in the Cotswolds, sponsored by ABC Ltd & Golden Valley Riding Club.
This intensive and life-changing experience with Liz VanRoss takes place at Oddington Village Hall and The Unicorn Equestrian Centre in Stow-on-the-Wold: Friday 17th – Sunday 19th July 2026.
AlignmentHORSE is a revolutionary science-based approach to equitation. Together we explore the Laws of Locomotion that define how a horse moves, what is natural to a wild horse and what they can learn to be truly athletic in our domesticated world. This work is about developing your horse as a premier athlete, enhancing their movement efficiency, comfort, stability and performance. This is the key to elusive self-carriage and balance, as well as symmetry, suspension and life-long well-being.
- Thursday 16th July at Oddington Village Hall – 6pm-7pm – Introductory AlignmentHORSE Talk by Liz VanRoss (free + optional extra)
- Friday 17th July 2pm-6pm at Oddington Village Hall- This “Brain Shift Workshop” is part of the “Special Complete Clinic” ticket bundle, attendance is highly recommended and is a requirement for anyone bringing their horse for the weekend.

In this “Total Immersion” AlignmentHORSE clinic, you discover and create new movement habits as well as watching horses & riders progress. You may bring your own horse to join you on this journey, starting with the anatomy and understanding how this organises movement. Whether or not you bring your horse, you will learn to teach your horse about locomotion in alignment. Applying this knowledge unlocks outstanding performance while safeguarding your horse’s wellbeing. It solves the issues which may have seemed insurmountable to date (such as, “How can my horse turn as easily and smoothly to the right as to the left, and symmetrically?” “Why won’t my horse halt square?” “Riding can be hard work, is there a way for it to be easy and effortless or does it always involve constant micro-management?”).
Over these few days you will learn mind-blowing truths about equitation and transform long-held beliefs, releasing you from their constraints. Be ready for a “Brain Shift”. Be ready for a surge towards success! You will learn extraordinary and life-changing things that will enhance your equitation forever … whether or not you bring your horse. If you want to bring your horse, this would be for the entire weekend, not just for one day.
AlignmentHORSE knowledge is invaluable to owners, riders, handlers as well as equine therapists and equine professionals such as dentists, saddle-fitters, podiatrists, bitting specialists, nutritionists. Auditors are encouraged to learn the theory and watch the action.
